to the confused giraffe

This post here is for Olivia. She told me that she likes my blogging style. Happiness!!

Fyi, my blogging style includes ramblings about my craziest obsessions. People around me would totally know this trait of mine. I can watch a movie /series / reality show and get REALLY obsess with a particular person from the show. When i say REALLY, i mean it. I'll talk about it all the time. Non Stop. Until i get bored of it. Usually the object of obsessions would be, well you know, tall dark dashing etc. NOT. At least not all the time. I am so NOT superficial okay *roll eyes* . Its the FEELING that matters.

Back to the topic. I think DAMON deserves a spot in my blog. Firstly, an introduction is needed.

Damon Salvatore. Hot, sexy vampire. Turned into a vampire by the love of his life, a selfish bitch called Katherine. His love for her is so deep it almost seemed dumb and insane. For over a century he plotted for her resurrection, only to be stabbed in the back by the one that he loves.

Paused.

I need to rant for a moment before i continue on the awesomeness of damon. I really do NOT get the whole hoohaa around the Twilight saga. Hello people. Wake up. Open your eyes. Vampires are supposed to be strong, sexy and hot. Vampires are NOT supposed to be softie loverboys with skin more pale than flour and a figure like a stickman. Vampires are supposed to be afraid of the sun instead of glittering in the sunlight. Vampires are supposed to be volatile blood-cravers instead of a wishy-washy sucker.

I do not want to be judgemental over the Twilight book series as i have not and will not read it, so i suppose i cannot judge books that i did not read. However, the whole hoohaa about Robert Pattionson in the Twilight movies is just making my head spin and making me nauseous. Overated sucker. Hate him.

Okay, done ranting.

Back to damon.

All in all, damon is the man or rather vamp that you would totally love. Someone thats all tough on the outside when he is all messed up on the inside. Makes you want to SAYANG him. Btw, i am a sucker for people like that as opposed to those that have their misery painted all over their faces. Damon has the sly, cocky, charming mannerism that would totally pull you in. Plus, i think he only does the sinister things because he is awfully LONELY. He is still bitter of what his brother, Stefan did to him 150 years ago. I guess people that are closest to you are the ones that could hurt you the most.

I'm sorry but  im not doing damon justice here. How can i describe those charms with mere words??You'll have to see it to believe it. So, watch the Vampire Diaries. I'll guarantee its worth your time. Bear with it for a while as the beginning is SO BORING. Stick with it though as you'll be sucked in and get addicted in no time.
